• On-site training - We come to you!  No down time with travelling to another venue.  You and/or your staff are able to use your own computers in your conference room or at your desk.

• Training levels from beginner through to advanced with as much or as little content customisation as you require.  Contact us for a list of potential course content.

• We recommend session sizes of 1~10 students per session however we are very flexible so if your needs are outside this range please feel free to discuss your requirements with us.

• We usually find that on a fixed hourly rate is the best value for money for our clients.  This negates the issues of people not turning up or cancelling and allows adding extra staff if required at the last minute.  
  Of course, if you prefer, we are able to do a course rate for your training requirements.

• Session specific handouts* and student files are provided.

• An extensive list of Excel shortcuts for each student is provided.

• In all our courses we will include numerous Excel Tips and Tricks that we have developed over the last 12 years.

• A minimum one month period of email follow-up support for general Excel and session content related questions is provided with all our courses.

• Our hourly rate has some flexibility based on the course requirements and other considerations.  Please contact us to discuss this.

• We are very flexible with times and days.  We are happy to provide training outside of business hours if required and weekends are also available.
