John has over 12 years experience as a ‘Training and Development Officer’ for the Information Technology Services department at the Royal Brisbane & Women’s Hospital (Queensland Health).  Included in that role was provision of specialist Service Desk support for both Microsoft and corporate products.

Due to his passion and skill in Microsoft Excel he became the department’s expert for resolving high end Excel related issues and developing an extensive range of advanced Excel business solutions for the Royal Brisbane & Women’s Hospital, the Royal Children’s Hospital and the Prince Charles Hospital.

John became a certified Microsoft Excel Specialist at the Expert level in 2006 and has continued to develop his skill set and build on his experience.

John and his wife Brooke have now taken the big step of creating their own business providing Excel Training, Consultancy and other Excel assistance to both businesses and government departments in South East Queensland.

Brooke works behind the scenes with John and offers design and content advice and suggestions.  Brooke also does product testing, course content work and assists in a variety of other ways to make our products work.

John and Brooke have individually or collectively developed Excel Solutions for a number of companies and government departments.
